Talking to A1+, Arsen said, some time ago he bought a stolen tablet and entered the store from which the device had been stolen. He was suspected of stealing the tablet. Arsen does not even remember the man from whom he bought the tablet. Arsen is well-known for his participation in protests against a rise in public transportation fares.
