President of the National Assembly doesn’t consider the massive withdrawal from the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) to be the rat race, “Today Gagik Tsarukyan isn’t engaged in politics, so it is natural that no one has any responsibility.” What are the lawmakers, who have left the BHK, to do in the NA, when the person, who brought them into politics, is not a politician any more? “Politician’s institute is one thing and the institute of being engaged in politics is another.” Lawmaker of the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) Levon Martirosyan wonders why everybody is confused that the BHK appeared in such situation. What do people expect from that party? “Disappointment is because of unnecessary excitement, because there was nothing to get excited.” BHK was simply a parliamentary power and nothing more, “I pity the people, who expected change in Armenia and pinned their hopes on that party.” HHK member Sukias Avetisyan considers the happenings in the BHK to be review of plans. Yes, there were incorrect expressions addressed to Serzh Sargsyan, “They acted incorrectly and let them take the responsibility for it.” Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun) stresses the importance of constitutional changes for such cases. Dashnaktsutyun faction secretary Aghvan Vardanyan notes, “Political system is a shadow political system, where not only the political powers are the players, but the agreement between individuals.” It is believed that the parties must be fully formed so that parliamentary government is implemented, “It is the story of hen’s egg, it is obvious that the system must contribute to the establishment and role of political powers.” Mr. Vardanyan won’t call the massive withdrawal from the BHK the rate race or escape, “People tied their political perceptions to a particular person and his opportunities and they cannot imagine themselves without that person.” Dashnaktsutyun would be happy if before next parliamentary elections the political powers signed a memorandum, which would exclude the entrance of big businessmen into the parliament.
