Former pedagogue lives in a dilapidated and damp cabin full of rats (video)
The dilapidated house is situated in Yerevan Kentron (Center) District. You can smell humidity still from the gates. After the death of her parents, Nina Vermishyan lives here alone. Every day before going to bed, she prays so that the roof doesn’t fall down on her. The situation becomes even worse when it rains or snows. House walls and ceiling are swollen because of humidity and the floor has been destroyed. Representatives from Kentron District Municipality and Yerevan Municipality came to Mrs. Nina’s house and promised to help. Mrs. Nina has been a pedagogue for 30 years. She left the work after operation. She lives on 36 thousand AMD pension and 17 thousand AMD subsidy. Mrs. Nina has been applying to the state agencies for already 15 years for her treatment and improvement of living conditions. But she still continues living in a dilapidated and damp cabin full of rats. More- in the video
