Opinion: Audit can have the opposite effect (video)
If you want to torpedo any case, then set up a committee and entrust it with the task. Taking into consideration this well-known saying, the authorities in Armenia proposed conducting an audit at the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), say economists. They remind of earlier audits conducted in the company which, they say, produced no results. No abuses or violations were reported during the previous audits. What expectations can we have now?
