New Constitution not to cancel any social program (video)
“The amended Constitution will have no influence on the programs of social protection sphere,” said Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan at his final press conference. He thinks that as a result of Constitutional amendments large families enter field of state care. Today the Minister announced that about 30 percent of the state budget is directed to the social protection. New Constitution will not cancel any program of that sphere. “No privilege will be limited,” stated Artem Asatryan. More on the video
