Tension continues at the Line of Contact
On March 4 and on the night of March 5 the tension continued at the Line of Contact between the opposing forces of Karabakh and Azerbaijan. During the abovementioned period the adversary fired about 1300 shots toward the Armenian positions from weapons of different caliber. Besides the abovementioned violations, the Azerbaijani armed forces used 60 mm and 82 mm mortars (26 shells) towards the southern and north-eastern directions of the Line of Contact and HAN-17 grenade launcher (2 shells) in the northern direction. As a result of punitive actions of the DA vanguard units the attacking activity of the adversary was quelled. Press service of the NKR MOD
