All shops must have scanners until 2017 (video)
Armenian lawmaker Aram Manukyan spoke in the National Assembly about citizens’ concerns that small businesses must have scanners in their shops and stores until May 1. “Scanners are very expensive. Are the reports about the deadline true and how many shop owners are to buy scanners? How much is the device?” the lawmaker said. “You are speaking about cash register machines,” Minister of Finance Gagik Khachatryan said adding that the deadline has been extended until January 1. “The device is multifunctional and very cheap. We are waiting for price offers,” he added.
