Bako Sahakyan, Raffi Hovannisian talk over phone
On April 22, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (Arsakh) Bako Sahakyan and Chairman of the Heritage Party Raffi Hovannisian discussed the situation on the Karabakh frontline over the phone. On behalf of himself and his party, Raffi Hovannisian expressed unconditional support to the brave people and soldiers of Artsakh, as well as to the process of international recognition of Artsakh as a free, independent, and sovereign.
