Share4Car: Online Autostop at the price offered by passengers (video)
Share4Car, an alternative option in the transportation system, is the first in Armenia to offer online carpooling. It enables drivers and passengers to travel in Armenia and outside the country on mutually beneficial terms. Share4car has been operating since March 1 and already has 2000 registered drivers and clients, 1000 active users. It offers services in 100 destinations. Share4car differs from ordinary taxi services with its pricing system. It charges passengers AMD 80-300 for travelling inside Yerevan and AMD 12-25 per km outside Yerevan. There are also drivers who agree to transport people free of charge or at the price offered by passengers. The mean goal of Share4car is to regulate the traffic in Armenia and make it more available. Saving passengers’ time and money, Share4car tries to free people of public transport inconveniences.
