Yesterday, on September 18, local elections were held in 5 regions of Armenia. As we know member of Civil Contract Party Garik Sargsyan was elected community head in Nor Kyank community. Member of Civil Contract Party Eduard Aghajanyan, guest of Ayb Fe program, gives his assessment how the representative of the opposition managed to be elected. He thinks that their key to success was the plan, which the party had developed, based on the problems of village and villagers.
