Black-ice on some parts of Sotk-Karvachar highway
According to the Ministry of ES of RA on November 7 by 17.00 all state and interstate highways in the Republic are passable. Black-ice is formed on Sotk-Karvachar highway. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia the Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
