Stepantsminda-Lars highway was open only for passenger vehicles with tire chains as of 9:45 a.m., November 18. The information was provided to the Armenian Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies by the Department of Emergency Situations of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
