Read before traveling to Syunik
The RA Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of November 21, 14:00 the highways are passable in the territory of Armenia. There is black ice on the road from Sisian to Kapan in Syunik marz, fog- in Goris and Sisian cities and Tavush marz. It is snowing in Kapan and Stepanavan cities. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia Lars highway is open for all types of vehicles.
