The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all state and interstate highways in Armenia were open as of 7.00 p.m. It is snowing in Shirak marz and in Spitak city. According to the information received from the Department of Emergency Situations of the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Larsi highway is open for all types of vehicles.
