Earthquake hits Azerbaijan, jolts felt in Stepanakert
A magnitude 4.3 earthquake hit the territory of Azerbaijan at 3:30 am Yerevan time. The epicenter was 15 km northwest off Masallı city. The hypocenter was at the depth of 20 km. The underground jolts at the epicenter measured 5-6 points. The quake was felt in Artsakh’s capital Stepanakert and Hadrut city.
