Russian soldier went missing in Armenia

Dmitri Loshmanov, a citizen of the Russian Federation, went missing on April 16 after he went shopping in Armenia’s Gyumri city. The 35-year-old man was last seen leaving the the 102nd Russian military base in Gyumri in the morning. He is described as a white man with a medium build, approximately 170 cm tall. He is wearing grey sportswear, a black jacket and sneakers. The police ask everyone who have any information on Dmitri Loshmanov's whereabouts to contact the nearest police station or call at 1-02, /0312/ 5-85-54, 3-18-61, 093-32-39-80.
