Doctors continue to struggle for the health of quintuplets
The quintuplets born to a young Armenian family on May 3 are in stable condition, the Ministry of Health reports. They remain under medical care in neonatal intensive care units at various hospitals in Yerevan. The five newborns weighed 600, 820, 840, 840 and 880 grams after their birth. One of them was disconnected from artificial ventilation on the same day, Doctors examining the newborns say that two of them (the boy and one of the four girls) are in very serious condition. The Ministry says it will continue to provide necessary assistanceto doctors during the treatment of the quintuplets.
