Support A1+!Agriculture Minister David Zadoyan said at today’s briefing that taking into consideration that this year crop has been beaten by late frosts World Bank would provide financial assistance of 1million 300 thousand USD under accord reached.
The assistance is to be used for purchasing fertilisers, he said.
This year apricot crop is expected to make 1,000 to 1,500 tones instead of 8,000 needed. Grapes harvest will make 20,000 to 25,000 tones instead of last year’s 80,000.
