AGRICULTURE MINISTER COMMENTING ON THE SPHERE
Support A1+!”There are 2 factors hampering villagers to get credits. Lack of credit resources and problems of pawning mechanisms is the first and lack of deposits at the villagers is the second”, Agriculture Minister David Loqyan informed at a press conference.
Referring to the seed-farming problems, David Loqyan stated: ”After Soviet regime collapse all the seed-growing objects of Armenia don’t function as a result of privatization or disbanding. And purchasing normal seeds to provide normal harvest is the main problem for us”.
Loqyan thinks the unsettled shortcomings cause problems in cattle-breeding sphere, too, so the sphere needs complete control.
