THEY DO NOT CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRIZING

Economy

«Simplified tax is a very liberal tax, how can you help liking it? But still it creates unequal conditions for enterprising companies», said Armen Alaverdyan, deputy head of the National Tax Inspectorate during today’s hearings organized by the NA standing committee on financial-budget and economical affairs.

Armen Alaverdyan, as well as Gagik Minasyan, head of the Committee announced that as a result of the introduction of this tax many representatives large business have appeared in the simplified taxing field. Tsolvard Gevorgyan, head of the Businessmen’s Union asked Armen Alaverdyan how it happened that the Tax Inspectorate failed to find out the large businessmen who earned much money violating the law with the help of simplified tax. Armen Alaverdyan answered that it was the shortcoming of the law, as a result of which they have even lost cases in the courts and now they want to introduce changes in the law.

Tigran Khachatryan, Deputy Minister of Finances, noticed that the meaning of introducing this tax was to contribute to the development of medium business. But all those present realized that not medium but large business had been supported. “Small business has become the addition to large business. All the large enterprising companies have small objects, but medium or small enterprising companies are not allowed to have large business. Thus not a country is governed but people are robbed”, Tsolvard Gevorgyan announced.
