ARMENIAN MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUED ANNUAL REPORT

The Ministry of Finance and Economy has published the report on state budget, according to which the major part of income (82%) was provided at the expense of tax payments. The state duty made 4.3%, non-tax income 8.8%, income of capital bargains – 1.9%, official transfers- 2.2%.

As compared to the same period of last year the state duty lowered with 4.8% or 291.3 million AMD, what is conditioned by reduction of the sums imposed on the state bodies and organizations for suits brought to the courts, consular services and licensing. According to the report the during the recent 4 months state budget was replenished with 2.2 billion AMD received from the sale of lands in Yerevan.

As compared to the same period of last year the expenses of the state budget have grown 22.5% or over 22.5 billion AMD. It is conditioned by the growth of salary, social transfers and capital expenses. 3 billion AMD was allocated to pay off external debts. In part 1.8 billion AMD was assigned to pay off the debt for the programs implemented by the ERDB, 150.3 billion AMD – to the IRDB and 537.6 for the International Development Association.
