Support A1+!The international banking conference of Commerce Financing organized by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development and ArmEconomBank was over.
Last year IBRD financed 11 deals costing 20 million Euros. this year it will finance at least 20 deals costing 40-50 million Euros. Last year there were no realty deals among those financed, but this year there will be financing in the field of hypothec loans.
Regional director of the Bank Mike Davy on Transcaucasia and Moldova promised that the country will be given money to develop the energy, agriculture, industrial and realty fields. Тhe investments in these fields are done through four Armenian banks, and thus banks develop too.
Head of the ArmEconomBank Ashot Osipyan offered to make the conference annual and said the negotiations with the other organizer are under way. He also informed that till the end of the year Armenia will be given a financial rating.
