THE COURT WILL MAKE A DECREE ON SAGHATELYAN'S CASE

" The Prosecotory had brought an action against me but not to the fact",- reiterated Mushegh Saghatelyan in the Court Hall.
Today Advocate Robert Grigoryan while talking to us said many trial norms had been broken. It makes us think that the Prosecutory fights against people instaed of preventing crime It is to be noted that Saghtatelyan pleaded not guilty.
Testimonies by witnesses who had not appeared before the Court were read out. According to Saghatelyan's advocate's forecast speeches of prosecutory ans defence will be read out by May the 10-th as the Prosecutor has no need to work on the speech.
What is for the verdict that is to be brought in, the defence expects for being discharged from Court Hall. But it will be senseless to hope that the Court will bring in such a verdict after Saghatelyan has made statements that he suspects Robert Kocharyan and Serj Sargsyan on October the 27-th teract organizers'case part. And he demands to examine him by the part separated from October the 27-th case. But his demand hadn't been fulfilled up till now and keeps on being unfulfilled.
