THE BEATEN MINISTER IS A WITNESS AND NOT A VICTIM

As known, David Vardanyan, the Minister for State Property Management is a witness for the criminal case brought against Mushegh Saghatelyan, Penitentiaries' ex-head.

Mr. Vardanyan refused to appear before the Court giving the reason he had been too busy. Today Mr. Vardanyan refused to talk about it, even became angry and said:" What you want to speak about has nothing in common with today's topic!. Talk about it separately!".

We did so. It's not strange for Mr. Vardanyan that Mushegh Saghatelyan is accused of having beaten him and he is not a victim in the case. David Vardanyan asserts that he had been beaten and says:" It's unpleasant for me to tell about it in the Court Hall. I don't remember who have beaten me but later I was told that it was Mushegh Saghatelyan and I believe it".
