DEFENDANT PLAYS THE ROLE OF PROSECUTOR
Support A1+!Former Minister of Privatization Pavel Galakhchyan, who was injured in October 27 terrorist action, committed in the House of Parliament in 1999, were questioned not only by lawyers but also by defendants Karen Hunanyan and Edik Grigoryan at today’s hearing. It seemed defendants have got an excellent knowledge of examination methods throughout a year, and given an opportunity to apply it today in practice.
Karen Hunanyan so much enjoyed this role that he even delivered speeches. He asks Galakhchyan about his former position in the government, his salary. Prosecutor objected to such a behavior. Objection was sustained. Judge declined defendant’s questions finding them irrelevant to the case.
