AMENDMENTS TO BE MADE IN LAW ON GAMBLING AND GAMBLING-HOUSES

Armenian National Assembly is discussing a bill on making amendments in the law on gambling and gambling-houses. In the preliminary version it was stipulated that gambling-houses must be built at 10-km distance from the capital. The proposed version is already mitigated. But more mitigated version was proposed too, according to which “gambling and gambling-houses are permitted outside the administrative borders of towns”.

Voting is to be held Wednesday.
