THE BEST CAR DRIVER WAS FOUND

Nobody was confered on the title of the "Best Car Inspector of Armenia". They didn't participate in the contest on "the Best Car Inspector" and "the best Car Driver", reasoning they were not ready for.

Today on the Republic Square 20 car drivers displayed their skill of driving. As Eduard Hovhannisyan, the chairman of "Achilles", the Union for Car Drivers' Rights Defence, assessed, they drive cars pretty good. It is to state the drivers are not aware of their rights.

All the participants of the contest on the Day for the first Republic declaration were given diplomas. The winner of the title for "the Best Car Driver of Republic" was Armen Hayrapetyan of Yerevan. The best driver was awarded a prize by the representative of the State Car Department of Internal Affairs Ministry as well. One of the journalists joked:"It will be too funny if the best car driver is fined by any car inspector in a few hours".
