Former Chief of Detention Facilities Mushegh Saghatelyan trial continued today in the Appeal Court. The court has completed to interrogate witnesses and victims and started considered documents. Mushegh Saghatelyan once again claimed the case against him has been fabricated.

What about the accusation of false high-degree diploma, defence attorney of the accused Robert Grigoryan submitted to the judge a document stating he has entered the Belgrade State Technological Institute and graduated from it.
