MP ARMEN HAKOBYAN TESTIFIES

On October the 27-th, 1999, MP Armen Hakobyan addressed the terrorists after shooting: "We don't control the situation. Leave us alone!" .

The Prosecutor asked him what the motive for that initiative was . Armen Hakobyan said he used to rule plane staff while being a pilot and was accustomed to take risks when extremal situation.

At the demand of the terrorists Hakobyan went to the room of Parliament head and told the president he was being called . Hakobyan left the Parliament Hall at 2:30 AM. He asked Derenik Bejanyan, one of the terrorists why they did it .

Bejanyan answered: "I'm a soldier. I did my job. I have nothing to say about the others .

MP heard one of the terrorists say: "Come! We killed both!" .

Barrister Sargsyan reminded the preliminary investigation testimony by Nairi Hunanyan which says Nairi Badalyan had ordered them to kill Vazgen Sargsyan and Karen Demirchyan .
