Support A1+!Today the claim by the consumers of "A1+" and "Noyan Tapan" TV Companies against the decisions by TV and Radio National Commission was being heard in the First Instance Court of Center, Nork - Marash Communities.
3 sides took part in the trial. There were about 500 consumers besides complainants and the answering side. As in the previous session, presence of the answering side was not provided and the judge kept refusing all the statements and petitions of the complainants without any base .
Nevertheless, the complainants announced that conduct by Grigor Amalyan, the head of TV and Radio Commission, unseemly interviews about the complainants and default - all these are result of bias and incompetence by the judge and are regarded as pressure attempt on trial .
After the judge had tried to postpone the trial without any reason, the complainants demured him.
The decision will be made tomorrow. If a new judge is appointed, the session is expected to be postponed again to look through the details of the case.
