NEW JUDGE WILL BE NOMINATED TO CARRY ON LAWSUIT
Support A1+!A1+ and Noyan Tapan TV companies consumers won the first victory today. The presiding judge of the first instance court sustained the motion filed by plaintiff demanding to suspend judge, Hrachik Hovhannisyan, from the case on the ground of numerous violations of Civil Code by the judge.
In consumers’ representative Ashot Bleyan opinion, the court decision was due to the circumstance that it isn’t ready to the proceedings and is in need of time for preparation. It is still unknown who will be the judge eager to battle against A1+ and Noyan Tapan consumers.
