THE TRIAL OF "A1+" AND "NOYAN TAPAN" 'S CONSUMERS WILL RE-BEGIN
Support A1+!On August the 13-rd "Consumers against TV and Radio National Commission" trial will re-begin in the First Instance Court of Center, Nork - Marash Communities presided by judge Ruben Nersisyan.
Before that, on August the 2-rd, Ashot Bleyan, Artak Zeynalyan and Vigen Khachatryan, the representatives of 712 consumers, i.e., the complainants, informed the Court by an ordered letter that they estopped the judge .
"We are aware of facts and circumstances / we introduced them in the letter / which give us ground to doubt impartiality of the judge who carries on the lawsuit" ,- Artak Zeynalyan says.
Under the 5-th article of Civil Procedure Code, an issue on judge's estop is solved in legal form only in the course of court session. At the trial the complainant will produce grounds for estop then break will be announced for. During it the Court Chairman will make an individual decision whether to accept the estop against the judge or not . If the estop is not accepted, the complainants will have to submit to Ruben Nersisyan.
