YEREVAN’S STREETS ARE TO BE REPAIRED THROUGH JAPANESE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

A few years later Yerevan’s streets will be repaired through Japanese technical equipment. Today an agreement was concluded between Yerevan’s Municipality and Japan’s Government according to which road building equipment of 541 million yen will be allocated to Yerevan .

Negotiations with the Japanese have begun since 1999. Ashot Sargsyan, the Head of Construction and Improvement Department of Yerevan’s Municipality hopes quality of asphalt surface of Yerevan’s streets will improve thanks to the equipment . By the way, the grant is allocated on behalf of both Japanese Government and people .
