TRIAL OF “A1+” AND ”NOYAN TAPAN” CONSUMERS

Consumers of “A1+” and ”Noyan Tapan” TV Companies were trying not only to protect their right but also to do their best to preserve the trial from becoming something like “street thing” .

From the very beginning of the trial Ruben Nersisyan, the newly-appointed Judge evidently put pressure upon the consumers’ representatives – Ashot Bleyan, Artak Zeynalyan and Vigen Khachatryan. They were trying to find out whether Ruben Nersisyan was still the Judge presiding over the trial or not. / Ruben Nersisyan was rejected by them 11 days ago/. They didn’t succeed, however

According to the Judge, the trial hasn’t begun yet and is in preparatory stage now, so it’s not time to declare the Court decision on the challenge .

The reason of the consumers of “A1+” and “Noyan Tapan” TV Companies for postponing the trial was the following – the complainants are to introduce their representatives to the court in due course which hasn’t been done yet, as the Judge said .

The former Judge for the same trial didn’t object to presence of the 3 representatives of consumers in the Court and the Court even accepted their challenge against the first Judge.
