CONSUMERS STRUGGLE RIGHT UP TO THE END

The wish of the consumers of "A1+" and "Noyan Tapan" TV Companies - to decline Judge Ruben Nersisyan - didn't come true . The Chairman of the First Instance Court of Kentron, Nork-Marash Communes considered baseless the complainants' apprehension and the facts on impartiality of the Judge. The Court made a decision to reject the complainants' challenge to the Judge and the decision is not liable to appeal .

So, the "Consumers of "A1+" and "Noyan Tapan" TV Companies against TV and Radio National Commission" trial goes on without interruption.

Under the law, the reply sides and the 38 main complainants appear in the Court session by a special subpoena. But the 3-rd side of the trial, the 712 consumers having joined the complainants at the case, become aware of the court sessions from the declarations in various newspapers. The Court leaves uninvestigated the case on the all absent complainants

The former Judge had enclosed some other claims against "A1+" and "Noyan Tapan" TV Companies the case on "Consumers against TV and Radio National Commission". Through that the complainants demanded the TV Companies to broadcast as they had got licences. At the session the complainants and the representatives of "A1+"and "Noyan Tapan" TV Companies concluded a "Peace Agreements". It took the Judge 3 hours to make a refusal for "Peace Agreements".

The trial will go on September 2-nd.
