ARMENIA WILL HAVE A NEW “TSAGHKADZOR”
Support A1+!Armenian Government knows well what buildings there are in Tsaghkadzor and which ones can be built there. Through the $ 24.000 allocated by the German Government 5 settlements of Armenia have already been encircled within 8 months , i.e., Goris, Kapan, Alaverdi, Tsaghkadzor and Ashtarak have their renewed designs.
According to Hovik Abrahamyan, the Armenian Minister for Regional Management, % 65-70 of settlements of Armenia don’t have their town-planning passports . The existing documents are of 30 years’ prescription. There is necessity for new projects as construction volumes increased in all settlements, Hovik Abrahamyan says.
”Illegal construction will be prevented if encircling” ,- the Minister says. Some illegal buildings were found in Tsaghkadzor that will be ruined soon. But the most important as the Minister thinks is that 6 milliard drams will be saved in Armenia’s state budget as a result of Armenian-German collaboration . Such sum is envisaged by the budget for the settlement encircling. The Minister hopes the Germans will allocate the sum. The Armenian high rankers try to persuade the Germans to continue collaboration.
