AGAIN ABOUT THE TAPE... WHERE IS IT?

October 27 trial went on today. In March Oleg Yunoshev, Aram Sargsyan's assignee solicited to find the tape recorded after the crime in the Defence Ministry and attach it to the case and to examine the participants.

Today the answers from Ministries of Defence, Internal Affairs and National Security regarding that event were made public.
Defence Minister Serj Sargsyn confirms after the crime Armenian president counsellor Alexan Harutyunyan visited Defence Ministry and it was recorded. But Sargsyan assures tape search had no results.
Internal Affairs Ministry answered the same way.
National Security Ministry informed it is beyond their commission to busy themselves with the tape and the body for preliminary inquest of October 27 separate part is to examine it
Military Prosecutor Office says the investigators' group has been given the task to work on it .

Such answer displeased Oleg Yunoshev. He once more petitioned demanding not only to find the tape but also to examine the people having been to Defence Ministry - Artak Zeynalyan, General Manvel Grigoryan, Astvatsatur Petrosyan, Vova Gasparyan, Alexan Harutyunyan. Demirchyans' assignee Ashot Sargsyan joined Yunoshev's petition. He as well suggested to interrogate the above people.

Defendant Nairi Hunanyan announced Yunoshev's solicition has political motives . The Court granted the solicition partially. The Operations group will be given a task to find out where the tape is .
