Support A1+!Today, National Assembly member Hayk Babukhanyan accused parliamentary majority and the republic government of plagiarism. The MP said he and Grant Khachatryan have submitted a bill on the republic residents’ drinking water debts revision for the Parliament consideration as long ago as on April 12.
He also said that after discussion they have been told the commission on financial and economic affairs together with authors would examine, amend and submit the proposal to the Parliament at its fall session. Babukhanyan says, so far, nobody has approached him for collaboration. And now he learned that the analogous bill on water debt remission is already included in theagenda of today's parliamentary hearing. The MP thinks the government is acting in accordance to people’s requirements in a bid to retain power. At the same time the lawmaker is happy about the fact that the ideas of the Union for Self-determination are put into reality even that way.
National Assembly passed today the bill on authors’ rights.
