Support A1+!Today defendant Nairi Hunanyan was going to comment upon Justice Minister’s statement regarding his nomination for candidature of Armenian presidency . But he didn’t succeed to do that. Judge Samvel Uzunyan stopped him saying he ” prohibits any statement on election campaign “. Hunanyan said he would make his statement public by his defence counsel.
Advocate Ashot Sargsyan, Karen Demirchyan’s assignee thinks “the Court must second Hunanyan for nominating himself for elections instead of banning or else Hunanyan will have grounds to charge the Court with infringement of human rights ”.
“Let him pass any document to both his father and defence counsel by insulator , let him try to collect 100.000 votes ”,- Ashot Sargsyan says.
“Defendants couldn’t mastermind the crime alone, they have been abetted ” ,- MP Misak Mkrtchyan, October 27 case victim said today. He understood it in Parliament Hall, at “defendants’ manners and telephone conversations” .
MP had noticed there were people in the hall “who were treated well” .
Misak Mkrtchyan had seen 2 men entering the Parliament Hall. “One of them was bearded, I thought him to be from a special body” ,- Mkrtchyan says. He also remembered that the bearded one had talked with Hunanyan long.
The bearded person above is supposed to be journalist Tigran Nazaryan as MP doesn’t know him by sight. Investigation bodies haven’t managed to prove identity of the other person till now.
