MP GEVORG DAVTYAN TESTIFIES UPON OCTOBER 27 TRIAL
Support A1+! Defendant Edik Grigoryan can no longer prove he hadn’t used a gun in Parliament Hall .
Today MP Gevorg Davtyan, October 27 case victim, announced before the court Edik Grigoryan is the one who took his gun, kept it and gave to employees of Office Public Prosecutor . Davtyan is sure of it as he had been attentively watching Grigoryan “in order he might not kill anyone by that gun“. Davtyan had noticed Grigoryan shooting in the air. Davtyan denied his preliminary inquest testimony which says there was no shot when collecting weapons . He asked the Court to take into account his today ’s judicial inquest testimony. He says there had been 7 cartridges in his gun . Only 3 of them were found at expert examination.
Davtyan recalled some details in the court. According to him, Vazgen Sargsyan wanted to take his gum out when hearing Karen Hunanyan shouting while rushing into the Parliament Hall. But Sargsyan didn’t manage to use it. Davtyan also said some of October 27 victims were killed by chance. He supposes Ruben Miroyan not to be killed on purpose. He thinks terrorists had killed him because of being afraid , as “there was some noise in the corridor” . Nevertheless, Davtyan is sure the terrorists had come to Parliament “with a program to kill people and seize power” . Gevorg Davtyan thinks killing both Vazgen Sargsyan and Karen Demirchyan was planned beforehand .
