Support A1+!Today defendant Karen Hunanyan’s assignee Hamlet Avetisyan solicited the judges to meet 3 wishes of the defendant.
The defendant wished to meet his relatives “outside”, demanded to give back his clothes, seized by preliminary investigation body (e.g. his raincoat). The third is that he didn’t want to be alone in the cell any longer .
The Court met none of his wishes. “What is he going to do with the raincoat?” ,- judge Samvel Uzunyan asked. He announced meetings with relatives “outside” are prohibited. The seized belongings, especially the raincoat, are material evidences. As to not staying alone in the cell, Hunanyan must appeal to the insulator’s heads.
