GAGIK ANSWERS INSTEAD OF ARAM
Support A1+!Armenia’s General Prosecutor won’t take part in Court sessions over October 27. Today the Court ignored solicitation of Oleg Yunoshev, Vazgen Sargsyan’s assignee. Under it, “Participation of the General Prosecutor in this trial is obligatory. ”
According the assignee, he is aware of that under Armenian Legislation Court has no right to make such a decision regarding the General Prosecutor. He also knows there is no Law to prohibit Prosecutor’s participation in the trial, so he demanded the Court to discuss the issue.
Oleg Yunoshev demands the “General Prosecutor in person to take part in October 27 trials, to conduct the case personally and provide publicity of trial” . The barrister introduced the demands to General Prosecutor in letter.
Under the reply of Office of Public Prosecutor, “the letter was discussed and it is rejected because of not being corresponded to requirements of Proceedings Law Code” .
Yunoshev considers strange the fact Gagik Avetisyan, the employee of Office of Public Prosecutor answered him instead of General Prosecutor. Avetisyan takes part in October 27 trial as the prosecution.
