A1+ AND NOYAN TAPAN CONSUMERS COMPLAINT DECLINED BY APPEAL COURT

The appeal lodged by A1+ and Noyan Tapan TV companies’ consumers was declined Friday by Appeal Court on Civil Cases headed by judge Tigran Sahakyan because of being groundless as it was said.

The above mentioned companies’ consumers filed motion to Appeal Court asking for a legal case against A1+ and Noyan Tapan as well as Transport and Communication Ministry, Radio and Television National Commission and Justice Ministry to be judged again after the decision made by first instance court.

Consumers say they intend to challenge the Appeal Court decision in the Cassation Court.
