Support A1+!It turns out on November 8, “Noyan Tapan” Agency didn’t appear before the Committee in total readiness.
The tender proposal of the Agency was not sewed, Agency statute was not approved at the notary under Law order .
Agency didn’t probably get prepared to seriously partake in the tender, it just appeared to play its “game” .
Committee gave ”Noyan Tapan” representative a thread and a needle to sew the documents and time to take the statute to the notary.
Amalyan and Agency didn’t come to terms with each other over the issue on stating a frequency. The case was sent to Court.
One more fact: in today’s session “Noyan Tapan” agreed to state a frequency. Why didn’t it do it on November 8 and not to drag out the tender?
