Support A1+!“You don’t remember anything, You don’t either want to remember! You avoid testifying! ” , Ashot Sargsyan, Karen Demirchyan’s assignee announced, regarding as senseless further examination of witness Andranik Minasyan.
Examination of Andranik Minasyan, former defendant for October 27 case, witness at present, continues.
He was on duty in the 3-rd militia unit of Parliament the terror day.
Minasyan, charged with service negligence, was released under amnesty.
His testimony almost discomposed those interrogating. He didn’t recall anyone to have passed through his militia unit that day, though assured he hadn’t left his post.
“I saw nobody with gun. There was a lot of people on the first floor. There was mess there” , he said.
Those examining him concluded the former militiaman hadn’t blocked the terrorists to enter the Parliament Hall.
Other witnesses, having guarded Parliament building the terror day will be examined in the next sessions.
According to Ashot Sargsyan, it will be possible to make it more accurate whether Minasyan lies or not after examining them.
By the way, Court can’t accuse Minasyan of avoiding to testify. Under our Legislation, one can’t be instituted criminal proceedings against for poor memory.
