On Saturday, the institute administration installed ferrous door between 4th and 5th floors barring ASAC employees from entering the area belonged to the institute and even cut power.
This was caused by the debt accumulated.
ASAC serves extremely important function of controlling nuclear power in the republic. The question rises: who will take responsibility for the situation and possible consequences?
