LAST OCTOBER 27 TRIAL THIS YEAR
Support A1+!October 27 trial was broken to day and will continue on January 8, 2003.
It became known today that witness Anjela Sahakovna, former employee of Parliament pass bureau, won’t appear before the coming trials. The Police informed the Court she has been to Russia with her family for 2 years and it n is not known where exactly she is at present.
“There was 1 gun and 2 rifles in the safe of a guarding service room of Parliament at the time of terror action on October 27” , witness Ruben Grigoryan testified today upon the trial. He is sure militiamen of 4 other pass points had right to have arms on , besides Armen Gasparyan who was on duty in Baghramyan pass point.
The witness says the defendants took advantage of that and entered Parliament by Baghramyan pass point. He also assures he is not aware of the details of the accident. “You know, I learnt them in the Court” . He either didn’t know who had entered Parliament after his order for closing the doors.
Senior Lieutenant doesn’t remember that some days before the terror action they had been warned to be careful by the staff of Parliament Speaker.
By the way, no accusation against Ruben Grigoryan has been brought. But he pleads guilty morally, so the officer resigned of his own free will after having serviced for 22 years in Internal Affairs Ministry system .
