OLEG YUNOSHEV SPEAKS AT PRESS CONFERENCE
Support A1+!Oleg Yunoshev, Aram Sargssyan’s attorney in the October 27 terrorist action trial, expressed his concern over witnesses’ security saying 5 of them already died under obscure circumstances. They were key witnesses on the case who possessed important information and vital pieces of evidence, Yunoshev said at today’s press conference.
Aram Sargssyan’s attorney also said that there are a number of witnesses who are willing to name some top officials directly involved in conspiracy. These witnesses believed to testify ahead of the presidential elections, because they fear that those criminal officials can retain power, he said. “It is hard to predict the court’s reaction to expected testimonies” Yunoshev says.
In his words, the transcript of Nairi Hunanyan’s confession has disappeared from the criminal case’s files, and what bout the second tape with the crime record, it is kept in Military Prosecutor Office. <>Speaking on involvement into the case of Tigran Naghdalyan, the head of the H1state-run TV company, who was recently killed by unidentified persons, Yunoshev wondered who has given him an order to cease broadcasting while the terrorist demanded live transmission of the event.
Yunoshev asked the TV company to submit to the court the film produced by Tigran Naghdalyan, which allegedly includes facts that would cause considerable trouble to the opposition.
