ARMENTEL PENDING AUDITORS’ INFERENCES

Armentel Armenian-Greek company’s authorities are able to breathe freely again.

British auditors conducting Armentel monitoring from January 16 completed their work by the end of the month. It is still early to speak about the audit results Specialists of WFI Consulting British company are now in London, where scrutinising obtaining information. Experts’ conclusion is to be presented to Armenian government later.

After releasing the conclusion, Armentel won’t be able to insist that the accusations of breaches of the contract terms are inaccurate and groundless.

The audit results are to be known in the beginning of March. Before that, by March 2, the deadline of fulfilment of a number of Armentel’s contractual obligations expires. Armentel ought to submit a new report to the republic government.

Justice Ministry Press Secretary said that the government policy will remain unchanged and Armentel-related all problems will be settled through law.
