“Yesterday our shooting groups expressed wish to record calculation of voting papers after election centres are closed”

Except a chairman of one of the polling committees, others simply forbade us to carry out our journalistic duties – to shoot the counting process of voting papers ”

Our journalists went to the polling stations with documents indicative of their professional activity but the committee chairs didn’t assume our certificates as bases for coverage of the voting papers enumeration.

Committee chairs allude to some instructions by CEC Chair and didn’t even hide they acted by their own initiatives.

In fact, Constitution and number of Laws were broken . We consider it our duty to cause You to be informed about it.
